The Forms Selection window for personalized letters allows you to create letters containing personalized information for selected people or companies. If youíve installed MYOB OfficeLink (automatically included in typical installations) and youíre using a compatible version of Microsoft Word,the letters will appear automatically in your word processing application, where you can edit them, if you like, before printing them.
If you havenít installed OfficeLink or you donít have an-OfficeLink-compatible word processing application, you can create a mail-merge file that can be used with most word-processing software to create personalized letters.
